Hugathon '08: The Tight Has An Agenda

This is a present for the wonderful [info]alissabobissa (who so very kindly made me this kickass icon!). She requested Tigh and Kara snarking, and I tried a few different things, but came up with this instead. Hope you like it, Alissa!
